The Tukwila HOA Board currently has a vacancy, and we would value your suggestion or recommendation to fill the seat Dick Edick has held for the past 15 years.
As you know, the Tukwila HOA is responsible for managing the business of Tukwila HOA and provides services to 5 of the Neighborhood HOAs. Our responsibilities are different than those of the individual HOAs. Rather than ensuring homeowners adhere to rules and standards, we are responsible for “running the business” of the Tukwila community. This includes managing and maintaining the community Rec Center, management of office staff (Office Manager and Bookkeeper), collection of dues, ensuring home sales are correctly transferred to the new owners, and that all amenities are functioning and kept in top condition. In addition, we are responsible for the maintenance of the other Tukwila Community common properties, such as the tennis courts, entry monuments and landscaping, fitness trail, and walking trail.
If you are interested or know someone who might be willing and able to take on this responsibility, please contact me or the office. We always strive to represent all of Tukwila, so while we want to speak to all interested parties, we are especially interested in those from Miller Farm, Orchard Green, Ironwood or Renaissance at the Links to ensure we can maintain a community-wide perspective.
